Marketplace role
Sellfast provides a catalogue and enquiry channel for luxury timepieces. A listing may represent platform-owned stock or stock submitted by an approved third-party seller. The listing and enquiry flow should identify the relevant seller or contracting party before a transaction is agreed.
Listings and availability
Product descriptions, year, condition, specifications, price and photographs are provided to help visitors understand a listed watch. Details may be incomplete or change, and availability may change without notice. Contact the concierge to confirm the listing, final price, included accessories and transaction arrangements before paying or making travel plans.
Publication means the listing has passed the platform's moderation workflow. It is not, on its own, an independent guarantee of authenticity, provenance, condition or title. Buyers should satisfy themselves as to the watch and request relevant supporting documentation or inspection before proceeding.
Enquiries are not orders
Submitting an enquiry or opening WhatsApp does not create a binding purchase contract, reserve a watch, or guarantee an offer. The current website does not provide online checkout, escrow or automated seller payouts. Payment, collection, delivery, inspection, returns and any applicable warranty must be agreed with the identified seller before a sale is concluded.
Seller submissions
Seller accounts and individual listings are subject to approval. A seller may submit only information and photographs they are entitled to use and must describe the watch honestly, including known condition issues, service history and included items where relevant. Sellers must not submit counterfeit goods, stolen property, misleading claims or prohibited content. Sellfast may reject, suspend, unpublish or archive content or accounts that breach these requirements.
Permitted website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access another user's information, upload malicious files, interfere with service availability, scrape private records or provide false contact details. Access can be restricted when necessary to protect users or the marketplace.
Intellectual property and brands
Website text, design and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Brand names and trademarks shown on product pages belong to their respective owners and are used to identify described products. Unless expressly stated, Sellfast is independent and does not imply manufacturer authorisation or endorsement.
Changes and contact
Features, availability and these terms may change as the service develops. Use the contact page for questions. The marketplace operator should have these terms reviewed by counsel in the relevant operating jurisdiction and confirm the applicable governing law, dispute process, seller agreements and consumer rights before accepting live transactions.
