Information we collect
When you create an account, apply to become a seller, submit a watch, or send an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, seller or business details, listing information, photographs and the message you provide. We also process the account identifiers and session information needed to secure sign-in.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to enquiries, review seller applications and submitted listings, maintain inventory and availability, administer user access, prevent misuse, and keep appropriate operational records. We do not use an enquiry submission as permission to make unrelated marketing calls.
Who can see information
Public watch listings may show the product details and photographs that have been approved for publication. Enquiry messages, buyer contact details and seller applications are intended for authorised Sellfast administrators. Seller-submitted drafts and their private photographs are not intended to be publicly accessible before listing approval.
We use Supabase for account authentication, database storage and product media. Infrastructure providers process information as required to provide those services. We do not offer online checkout in the current release, and this website is not designed to collect payment card details.
Retention and security
We retain account, listing and enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, resolve follow-up matters, maintain audit records and meet applicable obligations. Access controls are used to restrict private information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit an enquiry or apply for a seller account. You may ask us to correct account or contact information, or to consider a deletion request, subject to records we may need to retain. Use the contact page to make a privacy request.
Cookies and account sessions
Sign-in uses session cookies to maintain authentication and protect account pages. The storefront may also use essential technical storage needed to operate the website. We do not currently advertise online checkout or cross-site advertising features as part of the MVP.
Updates to this notice
This notice may be updated when the marketplace features or data practices change. Review it periodically. Before launch, the marketplace operator should verify that this notice matches its legal entity, hosting arrangements, retention policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
